The Straight Talk: We wrote this policy out to tell you a little more about what we do to protect your personal information at Vokle. We will change this policy at any time if necessary (most likely if there is an inappropriate action by a fellow member). we'll post it up clearly on the front page if there need to be changes, but by continuing to use the site, you agree to abide by the revised privacy policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Straight Talk

In order to use participate in the events, you have to sign up. Your user name will be visible in the events you attend. We'll use your email to contact you in case we need to get a hold of you or notify you of any upcoming events that we feel may interest you. Speaking of events which interest you, like most sites, we use cookies to see how the site is used and where we can improve it. We'll do our best to only contact you with events and speakers which we feel may interest you. You can always unsubscribe from emails. (I know I wouldn't want anyone's inbox to look like mine after I signed up for meetup).

The Straight Talk: Enabling cookies allows us to remember your settings and are only used for purposes to better understand how you interact with the site, so we can make the cool parts cooler, and rework or drop the unpopular parts. We do use some third party services such as servers for video streams and database storage. We will only disclose information necessary in order to complete specific tasks. In the event that Vokle gets bought out, (don't bet on it), or goes under, we'll give you some options of what we do with the information if it differs substantially from this privacy document.

Service Providers: We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including, without limitation, hosting and maintenance, database storage and management. 7. Our Policy Towards Minors

The Straight Talk: This site is intended for adults 18yrs of age and older. We do not purposefully collect any information for those who create accounts and are underage. If you find your child has an account please contact us at privacy at vokle dot com. We will delete any accounts we discover that belong to those under 18yrs of age.
The Legal Talk: The Site is not directed to persons under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacy at vokle dot com. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If we become aware that someone under 18 has provided us with personal identifiable Information, we will delete such information from our files.
